Women Empowerment
Recognizing that the empowerment of women is greatly integral to the holistic progress of the dream society, BSWS has put primary focus on empowering underprivileged and downtrodden women and enhancing their economic prospects. They have been provided training in fields like beautician skills, stitching etc although BSWS ‘s commitment to women’s empowerment extends beyond such training only. Offering education on business development concept, guiding them in choosing out and starting up small businesses, imparting fundamentals relevant to financial planning, introducing ideas on mature borrowings, smart but need-based savings, wise and necessity-based spending, intelligent investments and providing financial assistance for initiating their start-up businesses are the other key areas where BSWS’s focus has been sticking to. So far over a six hundred women have already been empowered by this time in achieving financial independence with sharp positive impact upon their families as well as communities
Health Services
BSWS has been engaged dedicatedly to enhance healthcare access in underserved rural populace by catering the needs of low-income individuals. Contributory Community Health Services Project of BSWS has been offering reasonable and affordable medical services in collaboration with dedicated doctors of various departments such as EYE, DENTAL, SKIN and General Physician etc.
A significant number of patients seek care daily by bridging the gap in healthcare provision. An offer of 50% discount on medicines and pathological tests have also been introduced.
BSWS expresses sincere gratitude to the healthcare professionals for extending their selfless services in helping out to return back to society towards improving the condition of the lives of those in dire need.
Educational Program
It’s strongly believed that Knowledge and Education are the two vital fundamental rights for all people. Thus an investment in knowledge has always brought forth the highest interest. “SOPAN Education” has initiated an educational project in order to protect that vital fundamental right. Through this project basic education has been provided to underprivileged deprived children including those who have become dropouts due to financial constraints, unable to continue their studies. It’s BSWS’s moral obligation to ensure that every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the opportunity to learn and grow by breaking all odds that prevent them from accessing education.
Save The Environment
We are also striving to protect our environment. To align with this commitment, we are raising awareness about protecting our environment, we should remember that the environment is the lifeline of our existence. and unfortunately, we are responsible for making it face pollution, deforestation, global warming and other environmental issues. We engage communities in tree plantation initiatives, distributing saplings to foster greenery. Through education and action, we aim to instil a sense of responsibility, inspiring collective efforts to protect our planet and ensure a sustainable future for generations to come.
